The modern Jaz Almaza Beach is situated on a private sandy beach
on Egypt's Mediterranean coastline, 38 kilometres from the city
of Marsa Matruh. It offers 395 guestrooms located on three
floors with fresh light-toned modern decor and tiled floors. All
guestrooms open on to balconies and include minibars, satellite
television, direct-dial telephones, Internet connections, safes,
and premium bedding. Bathrooms provide bathrobes and hair
dryers.
Guests can head for the clear Mediterranean waters at the
hotel's private beach or take a dip in the outdoor pool with its
adjacent sun terrace and bar. There is also an indoor pool and a
spa centre with sauna, steam room, massage treatment room and
hair and beauty salon. Children can join in the fun at the
supervised kids' club; there is also a playground and children's
pool area. Active guests can enjoy a game of tennis at the
floodlit court, work out at the gym, or play volleyball,
basketball, water polo or table tennis. Windsurfing, sailing and
snorkelling are also available on the beach. Guests can relax
with a drink at the Pool Bar or Lobby Bar, and then enjoy a meal
at one of two restaurants. A gift shop is open for souvenirs and
holiday essentials and there is ATM banking, currency exchange
and Internet access (surcharge). Multilingual staff at the
24-hour front desk provide express check-in and out and can
arrange childcare and a laundry and dry cleaning service.
Motorists will find ample free parking or the hotel can arrange
an airport transfer (surcharge). Aguiba Beach and the temple of
Ramses II are both 38 kilometres from the hotel. Marsa Matruh
Airport is 40 kilometres away, with an approximate driving time
of 20 minutes.
